7 days no reason to return
Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the vehicle, if there is a non-human damage performance failure, you can choose to return or exchange it. (Except for special products such as customized versions that are marked not to enjoy the service on the product introduction page)
The consumer’s product price will be returned to the payment account corresponding to the order within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
Detailed terms:
The 7-day no-reason return is only valid for items sold on the Mavericks Certified website.
The 7-day unreasonable return does not include the following behaviors: loss of the three-guarantee certificate and invoice, man-made damage, damage to the warranty and anti-counterfeiting labels, damage to the appearance of the product, missing spare parts and gifts on the vehicle, cumulative travel exceeding 50 kilometers, etc. affecting secondary sales Condition. Warranty Details
The core components of the Maverick electric vehicle are guaranteed for two years or the accumulated mileage of 30,000 kilometers, whichever comes first (the core components include the motor, charger, and frame of the Maverick electric vehicle), and other small The quality assurance of Niu electric vehicle parts shall be implemented in accordance with the “Three Guarantees Standard for Mavericks Electric Vehicles”.
During the warranty period, free maintenance and replacement services will be provided by the authorized service center of Maverick Electric Vehicle. For repairs beyond the “Three Guarantees” service period and scope, the Maverick Electric Vehicle Authorized Service Center will provide paid services according to local market conditions and repair prices.
In order to ensure the timeliness, we will arrange for the qualified batteries to be sent out randomly for the batteries replaced by the after-sales system.
If the product purchased by the user cannot be driven due to product quality problems, the authorized service provider of Maverick Electric Vehicle will provide free on-site maintenance services. If the vehicle cannot be driven due to factors other than man-made damage, natural damage, etc., the authorized service provider of Maverick Electric will provide paid door-to-door service (according to the distance of the service, whether the service time is at night, whether the weather is bad, etc., the door-to-door service is guaranteed. The price of the fee is negotiated by the user and the service provider, ranging from $100 to $200).
The warranty service period of the sold products starts from the date of the delivery receipt signed by the user.

Warranty Disclaimer
The following conditions of the sold products are not covered by the warranty service, and the user needs to pay for maintenance and related services:
1. Based on the “Three Guarantees Standard for Mavericks Electric Vehicle Parts”, exceeding the specified service period and scope.
2. Caused by the user’s failure to use, drive, maintain and adjust the product correctly in accordance with the instructions for use of the Maverick electric product.
3. The sold products are damaged due to rain, ice and snow soaking, smoking, corrosion of medicines, chemicals, etc., or natural product failure or damage.
4. Loss is not covered by warranty. As well as failure or damage caused by force majeure (including but not limited to earthquakes, typhoons, fires, floods, social events, group events, violent crimes, etc.)
5. If the user does not use and maintain the battery normally, and the storage time exceeds the maximum storage safety period of 3 months (the vehicle is plugged in for more than one month, and the initial power is less than 50% and more than 3 months when stored separately), the battery is not stored. Charging in time will cause the undervoltage of the battery feed to be irreparable.
6. The user modifies, disassembles, repairs, and destroys the normal use of the product as a whole and its parts without repairing it at the Mavericks authorized service center.
7. The user’s use of non-original accessories causes damage to the parts of the Maverick electric vehicle or unauthorized changes to the circuit and circuit configuration.
8. Product failure or damage caused by human factors such as collision, falling, overloading, speeding, etc. during driving.
9. There is no valid three-guarantee certificate, after-sales service card or purchase product invoice, certificate or the number on the card does not match the product.
10. The user alters or changes the three-guarantee service date of Maverick electric vehicle products and parts without authorization.
Guide price for out-of-warranty parts
1. The following replacement guide price includes raw material cost, packaging cost, shipping cost and maintenance labor cost;
2. According to the changes in the purchase price of raw materials and labor costs, Niudian Technology and Maverick Electric have the right to modify and adjust the guide price.
3. The guide price of plastic parts for limited edition and customized edition vehicles will be increased by 15% on the basis of ordinary editions.
4. The same series of models (NQi, MQi, UQi) will have some common spare parts, so the spare parts of subsequent models are not listed separately, and the price can be directly referred to the price of the same part of the same series of models before the release date.
