Of course, you can choose your preferred delivery method on the checkout page of your order, but you may have to pay a higher freight rate for choosing express shipping.

We ship to almost all countries in the world, and we offer standard shipping for most countries. Our goal is to continually reduce the fees customers may have to pay when they can’t or don’t want to opt for standard shipping.

We can ship our products to almost every country and can offer a free shipping service for most of them.

We do not ship to: Chinese mainland, South Sudan, Yemen, Crimea, and Syria.

How does NIU ship your order and how long does it take to ship ?

• If you buy an electric bike/motorcycle/battery, NIU can only ship by sea, it will take about 35 to 45 days before you can receive your item. If you buy other goods (without battery), then we can go to the air freight line, usually within 8 to 12 days, you can receive the goods you purchased. However, due to our inability to control the transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation.
• Due to the impact of the epidemic, the time for the order to be delivered to you will be different from the estimated time by 5-15 days.

When will it be delivered? Possible causes for non-delivery?

After your successful payment, we will ship the goods within 1-2 working days.

Delivery time may be extended because of holidays, natural disasters, etc, or if the products are out of stock.
