Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Timeframe and Special Period

Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date you receive your item, allowing you ample time to request a return.

During the period from October 1st to December 31st each year, the return window is extended to 40 days.

Eligibility for Returns

For a return to be processed, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it. This entails being unworn or unused, complete with all tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at niuebike@gmail.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will furnish you with a return shipping label, along with comprehensive instructions regarding how and where to dispatch the package. Regrettably, items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly urge you to meticulously inspect your order upon receipt. Should you come across any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately. This will allow us to promptly assess the situation and take corrective measures.

Please note that returns are not applicable to sale items or gift cards.

Exchange Process

For a swift exchange process, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Once your return is approved, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired new item.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.

When returning an item valued over $60, we advise considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Item: Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs when an item is wrongly shipped, damaged in transit, or found to be defective.
  • Customer Remorse: In cases where the customer purchases an incorrect item, the item doesn't fit, or the customer simply changes their mind, the customer is liable for the actual shipping expenses associated with the return.

 

Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days from the point of approval.
