Hello, KMH is very complicated to change to MPH and requires professional personnel. It is recommended not to change it. Just remember that 1.6km = 1 mile.
China 220V voltage, you need to go to your market to buy a converter (actually a transformer). That is, the US voltage of 110v is converted into the Chinese voltage of 220v.
