Battery care tips

We recommend keeping the level of the battery above 20%.

Avoid using the battery in extreme temperatures. The battery’s performance is optimized between -10°C and 45°C. Using the battery in temperatures outside of this range, may lead to long-term damage.

When not using the scooter for a longer period of time, you should disconnect the battery from the scooter and keep it in a cool and dry place.

We recommend keeping the battery level at around 50%.

Do not cover the battery with anything and keep it away from all kinds of heat sources to avoid damage.
